By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms of service. Our online ordering system is designed for pickup orders at our Amman location.

All orders must be placed in advance and are prepared fresh for pickup. Order confirmation will be provided via the contact information you provide.

All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include unlimited toppings. Payment is required upon pickup at our store location in Amman.

We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the price at time of order placement.

All orders are for pickup only at our Amman store location. We do not currently offer delivery services. Please arrive during our operating hours to collect your order.

Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled time may be canceled. We recommend calling if you need to adjust your pickup time.

Our frozen yogurt is made fresh daily with premium ingredients sourced from Italy. All toppings are unlimited and included in the base price.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, actual products may vary slightly. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.

Orders can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel an order, please contact us directly by phone.

Due to the fresh nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun. This typically occurs 30 minutes before pickup time.

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our frozen yogurt and smoothies. If you're not satisfied with your order, please let us know immediately upon pickup.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have left our store. Quality issues should be reported at the time of pickup.
